Make sure your dog has had a chance to go to the bathroom before we arrive. Have them ready at the door when we pull up. That's really it — we handle everything else.

Yes — this is one of our specialties. The mobile environment removes most of what causes anxiety: no car ride to an unfamiliar place, no other dogs, no waiting in a kennel, no cage dryer, and no strangers handling your dog before the groomer does. Our Comfort Visit is designed specifically for anxious dogs with extra time, gentle handling, and no rushing.

Mobile grooming is often the best option for senior dogs. They don't have to endure a car ride, wait in a kennel, or stand for long periods on a slippery salon table. Our Comfort Visit is designed for senior dogs with extended appointment times, frequent rest breaks, and gentle handling throughout.

It depends on the service and your dog. The Sketch -- express bath typically takes 45–75 minutes. Full grooms and de-sheds run 90 minutes to 2 hours. Comfort Visits for senior or anxious dogs take as long as the dog needs — we never rush.

You're welcome to watch, but many dogs actually do better when their owner isn't present — separation from you can help them focus and relax. We send you a photo and care notes the moment we're finished so you see the result right away.

After every visit we text you a photo of your freshly groomed dog along with brief care notes — anything we noticed about coat condition, skin, ears, nails, or behavior that's worth mentioning. It's a record of every visit over time.

Pricing is based on your dog's size and coat type. We show ranges on our pricing page and confirm your exact price when you book. There are no surprise charges at pickup. If a dog requires extra time due to matting or other conditions, we discuss it before starting — never after.

We require that dogs be current on their rabies vaccination. We recommend Bordetella as well, though we don't require it since your dog won't be in contact with other dogs in our mobile studio.

The Gallery Pass is our monthly membership program. Choose a 4-week plan starting from $69/month for regular express baths or an 8-week plan starting from $115/month for full grooms. Members get priority booking and 10–15% off every visit. No contracts — cancel anytime.

We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We understand life happens — just reach out as soon as you know.

Tips are always appreciated but never expected. Your groomer will see 100% of any tip you leave.
