Appointments & Booking

All appointments are confirmed through our online scheduling system. You will receive a confirmation at the time of booking. We reserve your grooming slot upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Health & Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be current on their rabies vaccination. Dogs showing signs of illness, contagious conditions, or extreme aggression may be refused service for the safety of your dog and our groomer. In these cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Pricing

Prices shown are ranges based on dog size and coat condition. Your exact price is confirmed at booking. Additional charges may apply for matted coats or dogs requiring significantly extended appointment time. We always discuss any additional charges before proceeding.

Liability

VanGo Pet Care takes the utmost care with every dog in our care. We are insured and maintain professional standards throughout every appointment. In the unlikely event of injury or illness related to grooming services, please contact us directly within 24 hours.

Gallery Pass Membership

Gallery Pass memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Unused visits do not roll over between billing periods.
